North Coast Village Vacation Rental

Summer Rates -       (5/26/12 - 9/8/12)

• $1115 per week

Off Season -            (9/10/11 - 5/26/12)

• $795 per week or $115 per night

Holiday Rates -
Easter 3/31/12 - 4/14/12; Thanksgiving 11/19/11 - 11/26/11
Christmas 12/17/11 - 1/2/12

• $1095 per week

Rental Policy:

• All rates subject to $95 cleaning fee.
• All rates subject to 11.5% Oceanside sales and tourism tax.
• Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Minimum 7 night stay (Saturday to Saturday) required during summer season and holidays.
• Minimum 2 night stay off season.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• No Smoking.
• No Pets Allowed.

Reservation & Damage Deposit Policy:

• A $500 reservation/damage deposit is required with your reservation. Deposit is refunded within14 days after departure, provided the provisions are met (see rental agreement).

Refund Policy:

• Full refund if able to rebook at same rate and period or 60 days prior to arrival less 25% cancellation fee from deposit.
• 50% of deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs after 60 days prior to arrival and 100% of the deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs after 30 days before arrival. No refund of rent if unable to rebook.
